My body told me to take it easy yesterday, so I did (for a Sunday).
What I consumed yesterday:
● Trader Joes No Iron Multivitamin
● 2 coffee w/ 3 tbsp whiskey & 2 tsp fiber
● .5 cup Grant's Scotch
● Trader Joe's pumpkin bar
● 4 slices potato w/ cheddar cheese & bacon bits
● Chocolate peanut butter Balance bar
● Lots of steamed asparagus
● 3 slices bacon
● 8 mouthfuls Pop-Secret Movie Theater Butter popcorn
