It's just so weird. The days I drink more whisky/whiskey are the days I lose the most weight. I expect some of that is due to water lost to the diuretic affects, but I drink plenty of water. Anyhow, that is probably too much weight to lose in a week, so I'd better eat some lunch or something.
What I consumed yesterday:
● 2 coffee w/ 3 tbsp whiskey
● 50 ml Seagrams 7
● .64 cup Evan Williams whiskey (no gnats)
● .8 cup Wine Cube malbec
● 12 oz Archer Farms frozen asparagus stir fry w/ parmesan & swiss cheese
● Piece of Himitsu Teriyaki chicken
● Coffee w/ 3 tbsp whiskey
● 3 tbsp Monarch of the Glen whisky
● 1.06 oz Kellogg's Special K Cracker Chips (cheddar)
