Of course, my ability to counter-act late-night binges with extra control is limited on weekends. If I can break 200 at least once this work week, without compromising my diet principles by exercising or abstaining from whiskey, I'll be pleased.
What I consumed yesterday:
● 8 oz V-Fusion Light Pomegranate juice w/ 4 tbsp vodka
● Coffee w/ 4 tbsp whiskey
● McDonald's spicy McChicken patty (plain, no bread)
● 12 oz Vanilla Coke Zero w/ 3 tbsp vodka
● 21 oz Mac & Jack's amber ale
● Coffee w/ 3 tbsp whiskey
● .5 cup Evan Williams whiskey
● 4 oz turkey meatloaf w/ pepper rings
● 2 chewy Chips Ahoy cookies
● 40 M&M's dipped in Jif peanut butter (what was I thinking???)
● 5 Saltines w/ Jif peanut butter
