Well, the loss gain from Whiskey Day was short-lived. I think I can declare victory on breaking the 205 "floor" I had, though. Getting comfortably below 200 is my next challenge.
What I consumed yesterday:
● Darigold 1% fat chocolate milk
● 2 5.5 oz V8 juice
● .4 cup Evan Williams whiskey
● 1.25 cup of Columbia Crest Amitage red wine
● Morning Star veggie burger w/ pepper rings (no bun)
● Morning Star veggie burger w/ 2 slices Kraft pepper jack & cream cheese
● Piece carrot bread (smoking gun?)
● 1.25 Back To Nature chocolate chunk cookies
● 12 oz canned cut leaf spinach
