Cold Without Whiskey 2 -- 214 lbs (-15) [2X]

No whiskey a couple of days ago and got a cold sore yesterday. It's uncanny (but a bit bottley).

What I consumed yesterday:
● 2 5.5 oz V8 juice
● .75 oz The Laughing Cow Light Mozzarella Sun-Dried Tomato & Basil wedge
● Bowl of spaghetti, sauce, shredded parmesan, 2 meatballs, & slice of garlic bread
● .65 cup Old Overholt rye
