I think I've broken through my first "floor" of 214 lbs. The next one is 205 lbs, which is the least I've weighed this millennium.
What I consumed yesterday:
● Black coffee w/ 3 tbsp whiskey
● 2 pieces melon
● 2 bites oatmeal raison cookie
● 5.5 oz V8 juice
● Wendy's grilled chicken sandwich w/o most of bun
● 10 Wendy's French fries
● .325 cup whiskey
● 1.5 cups of Columbia Crest Amitage red wine
● 2 Wendy's chicken nuggets
