Ate extra light yesterday to compensate for beer & ribs today!
What I consumed yesterday:
● 5.5 oz V8 juice
● McDonalds Caesar salad w/ grilled chicken & handful of grated cheddar (no dressing, croutons, or tomatoes)
● 2 McNuggets w/ bbq sauce
● 2 12 oz Budweiser Select w/ 4 tbsp whiskey
