It occurs to me that I've lost over 10% of my body mass. I wonder how much of that was waste vs work? And of the waste, how was that distributed between solid, liquid, gas, and heat? And how much mass have I lost thinking about this? I need a joint.
What I consumed yesterday:
● 5.5 oz V8 juice
● Plate of assorted Thai food
● .33 cup Evan Williams whiskey
● 40 oz Mac & Jack's ale
● 15 stuffed ravioli w/ grated parmesan, cheddar, & spaghetti sauce
● Coffee w/ 4 tbsp whiskey
